We make it easy to donate because we pick up donations directly from you. We have a fleet of trucks traversing the streets of Charlotte each weekday. We will let you know when we will be in your neighborhood, and all you have to do is place what you’d like to donate outside your home or office building and label it “NKS.” If you would like to have your items picked up more quickly, you may also request an expedited pickup or a Saturday donation pickup.

Also, you can make a donation to our good charity by bringing your tax-deductible* donations to any of the Value Village thrift department stores located throughout the Charlotte Metro area. The locations are:

From the items you donate, we generate proceeds that are used to help fund the National Kidney Foundation (NKF), an organization that actively seeks to raise awareness about chronic kidney disease, provide care for those currently affected, and prevent kidney disease in individuals at risk of developing the illness.
