• Join our call list by contacting us at 866-408-6464 or by completing our online form.

• Our NKS representatives will contact you several days before we plan to be in the Rock Hill area and ask if you would like to be included in our donation pickup schedule.

• Our trucks pick up donations Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to sunset, and we will let you know what day we plan to be in your area.

• All items for donation should be packaged in boxes or bags clearly labeled “NKS.” Any unmarked items will not be picked up by our drivers.

• Before your scheduled donation pickup, your boxes and bags should be left outside in an easily accessible area that is visible from the street.

• Boxes and bags should not be left in the garage or in another interior space. Our drivers will not enter your home to collect donations.
