NKS – A Charity in New Albany, OH, Accepting Many Different Types of Donations

National Kidney Services (NKS) is a charity in New Albany, Ohio, that seeks to help those affected by chronic kidney disease. We do this by accepting generously donated items from residents throughout New Albany and surrounding areas. The donations given to us are used to generate proceeds for the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) and its various programs aimed at spreading awareness about and fighting chronic kidney disease, an ailment currently affecting more than 31 million Americans.

NKS offers several different convenient methods for you to donate to our charity in New Albany:Charity in New Albany

  • Standard weekly donation pickups – Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to dark, our trucks are on the streets of New Albany, picking up donations from homes, apartments, and businesses throughout the area.
  • Expedited donation pickups – Available by request only, we can arrange for you to have your tax-deductible* donations picked up within one week or less.
  • Saturday pickups – You may also request for NKS to pick up your charitable items on an upcoming Saturday, if you have a large number of items, such as those left unsold at a community sale, yard sale, or estate sale.
  • Donation center drop offs – You can drop off charitable contributions for NKS at any of the Ohio Thrift stores located the greater Columbus area.
