Charitable Organizations Accepting Donations in Upper Arlington

Are you considering making donations to charitable organizations in Upper Arlington, Ohio? If so, make National Kidney Services (NKS) a name to put on your list. We accept a wide variety of donations, and the proceeds we generate from those donations support the National Kidney Foundation (NKF), an organization dedicated to fighting chronic kidney disease and raising awareness about the illness.

We strive to make it as easy as possible for residents of Upper Arlington and surrounding communities to donate to us. When you choose to donate to NKS, you have four different options to choose from, which are:

• Standard weekly donation pickups – NKS has trucks on the streets of Upper Arlington and surrounding areas Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. until dark, picking up tax-deductible* donations from homes, apartments, and office buildings.
• Expedited donation pickups – This service, available by request only, is designed to help Upper Arlington residents donate items that need to be picked up within one week’s time or less.
• Saturday pickups – Also by request only, you may choose to have NKS pick up your donations on the weekend, so long as you have a large quantity to donate, such as items left unsold from a yard sale, estate sale, or community sale.
• Donation drop off – NKS also accepts charitable donations that are dropped off at any of the Ohio Thrift stores located in the greater Columbus area.
